Welcome - you have taken the first step.

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need a space to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward.

About me

Hello, I’m happy you found your way here! My name is Karin Hammerfald. I’m a Swiss-accredited psychologist, CBT psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, currently living with my family in southern Sweden. I offer online counseling services in English and German for clients in Switzerland and across Europe.

Together, we create a space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in your life.

    Supervision

Directed at psychotherapists and other health care professionals. Through reflective discussions, you’ll deepen your clinical skills, gain insights, and enhance your professional growth. Sessions can be spaced out as needed.

“From our very first interaction, I felt seen, understood, taken seriously, and completely free to express my emotions and talk about anything. With incredible empathy and expertise, Karin has guided me through several challenging times and helped me better understand myself and my needs.”
